It’s okay
The location was great; close to beach and restaurants. However, it was loud at night on weekend, the bed sheets and comforter were very old and no spare blankets or extra pillow cases were provided and the extra pillows were stained. It could be a great place if more care was given to the bed comfort. The pool and hot tub were not clean. The set up of the living room was not as pictured.

Garden city stay
We were in town for two nights to golf and have a short vacation. The condo was as described in the listing I gave it a four out of five only for a few items firstly the refrigerator is a small mini fridge which is not in listing and if anyone was staying longer and wanted to buy groceries not many would fit as well there is not a coffee maker which would be a nice thing to have for morning coffee. We found the neighborhood quite loud late at night with cars and trucks racing up the street and lots of. Yelling and noise late at night. We had a problem when we arrived with the lock but the property manager took care of it right away and was very attentive. We were quite happy with the process as well as the communication with the property manager we found her very great to deal with

Review
Was very pleased. Just the right size for my 15 year daughter and I. Clean. Adequate supplies. Had to buy toilet paper and the only trash bag was in the cans. Over all, pleased would stay again.

Beautiful condo, great location
The condo itself was beautiful, super clean and well decorated for a beach place. Just what we needed for a quick visit to the beach and to pick up our college student at CCU. It's a fantastic location and great value for so close to the beach.

Garden City beach stay
Stay was good and comfortable looks like pictured kitchen was very basic no baking pans or pot holders also no extra garbage bags the hot tub had no hot water bed was comfortable and condo was clean

The space was small but central to everything in garden city. The peir and beach were only half a block away. There was a nice kitchen nook. The pool was very clean. My house was very responsive and helpful.
