Clean, spacious 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. Nice balcony that overlooks a beautiful quiet courtyard. Only steps away from the Holy Molli Mexican Fusion, late night Sully's Steamers, CVS, and much more. Condo is half a block from Main Street, and the Reedy River is a short half mile walk away. The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport is a 15 minute drive.

Nice property but needs cleaning Great location in downtown Greenville. Property is new ish and nice, but needs cleaning. Hair on floors (eww!), I even found a pill of some sort.

Great Condo - Great Location We took a best friends trip with our spouses. We wanted to be able to park and play without having to drive everywhere. We found this gem in downtown Greenville and it was a great trip! The condo was clean, cozy, and close to everything downtown.

Worth it! Our first VRBO experience and this place checked all the boxes allowing us to take in downtown Greenville while visiting our family over Christmas.
