Clean designer 1 Bedroom king suite with 1 bath, this oceanfront condo offers exquisite view from its balcony and two 50” Smart TV’s. This unit is equipped with a kitchen stocked with essentials, a living room with modern fireplace, HDMI/USB ports for easy access, a pull out sofa, free wifi access, custom lighting and MARVELOUS VIEWS! Age restrictions apply, see house rules.
The Space:
This magnificent beachfront condo is situated in the center of Myrtle Beach and is only steps away from the beach in an iconic Art Deco building. This elegant apartment has been meticulously redesigned and boasts several renovations and designer touches with you in mind. There is a 50-inch 4K smart Samsung or LG television, and a dedicated work space with USB outlets and HDMI for simple TV connection, so the television does not need to be moved. A sophisticated fireplace place. It features high-end LED lighting surrounding the TV and the bed for an unforgettable ambience. There is a sitting area for two, and there are creative wall designs in the living room and bedroom to create a modern and distinctive aesthetic. The kitchen has a quartz countertop and stainless steel equipment, making it ideal for creating easy meals for your family.
This suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a huge and comfortable king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. For your convenience, USB ports are located on the lamps in the bedroom. Allowing for a maximum of four guests. The condo is located on the sixth floor and offers breathtaking views.
On property, parking is available and included. 1-Bedroom Suites and Smaller will receive 1 Parking Permit at check-in.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

BoardWalk is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.
