Included in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and wine glasses. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.
The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

Great Place
We enjoyed our stay. Online, it said we had booked a room on the 2nd floor, however, we were on the first floor. We did have some issues with some noisy guest above us, but the host helped us take care of this. We enjoyed our time here! Very cute and clean little space!

Perfect place for couples
This is a sweet pad. It’s small on space but big on style and clean as a whistle. It has everything you need. Parking is very tight-small vehicles only.

Beautifully appointed room.
Super comfy bed and lux linens. Marble bathroom. Terrific amenities. Quiet. Good size room. Big TV. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. About a $7 Uber anywhere in town.

Clean property near King Street
Property was very clean and close walking distance to downtown king street. Property was just a bed room and a bathroom so just a bit smaller than what we normally stay in. Bed was not as firm as we are used to either.
