The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. Reviews indicate that this property is highly praised for its excellent location, being close to downtown Charleston and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Guests frequently mention the cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-appointed nature of the apartment, as well as the responsive and helpful property manager. Some minor drawbacks include occasional noise from the upstairs unit and a lack of cable TV, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests recommending the property and expressing a desire to return.

Charleston Trip
Nice location. Parking could be tough to get out of depending on time of day. The property manager was very quick to reply to questions and bring more towels by. Overall a nice place and would recommend it. One thing to note would be the upstairs property (I assume also a short term rental) is very loud - specifically the floor. Nothing I don’t think can be done here and it wasn’t a huge bother to us, but just something to note. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Charledton Stay Duvet
Enjoyed the sights in Charleston as well as the restaurants. We could get to many places by walking. Easy grocery delivery that alliwed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner when we wanted to. We actually did miss cable. We arent much into streaming. But we spent most of our time ecploring. We really enjoyed spending a day at the beach. But fair warning, Uber can get you there but they dont get you back. You have to get a local cab.

Great find downtown
Easy to deal with the property manager. The place was exactly as described. Parking was easy. Only negative was the drunk person knocking on the door at 2AM. But that was no fault of the property manager. Being in downtown Charleston can always welcome that possibility. Would definitely stay again.
