Issue I had with this property was the automatic HVAC system was broken and did not work automatically. The heat only works when it was done manually. I had to get up in the middle of the night three time to manually turn the system on and off. Very irritating. I advised the host but the system was never fixed and no further communication was done after I reported the defect.

Perfect!
Perfect place to stay for us on our trip to watch the Braves. We loved this little apartment and Marietta so much we added another night to our trip! Gregory was easy to communicate and plan with. I’m sure, being Braves fans, this won’t be the last time we stay here!

Convenient, Tidy, Homey!
We were in town for a friends wedding and were centrally located to other friends hotels, wedding ceremony and reception locations making it super easy for us to get from place to place as out of towners. Space had everything we could need and more. Despite being a studio apartment we found it super spacious. Hosts directions were incredibly clear and helpful. Would recommend!

Cozy and cute
This apartment is close to the square and very cozy. We loved having extra supplies such as, to go coffee cups, coffee pods, plenty of toilet paper/paper towels ect. Greg was very responsive and a great host.

Very Happy Customer
I just want to say how impressed I was with my stay. From the point-by-point instructions to the moment I walked into the bathroom. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. The train surprised me but it became just something else to look forward to in my day. Thank you!

A Comfortable Place in Marietta
I enjoyed staying at this Vrbo. It was super clean and comfortable. It was hot when I visited Marietta. The air conditioner worked well. Each time I returned I was able to cool off. The different areas in the unit were nice. I liked the separate dining area and living room. The bathroom was large and had plenty of towels, etc. The best part for me was it was a 5-min walk to one of my family member’s home. There was a shortcut into their development. They liked that I found a place so close.
