Holiday stay The stay was perfect. The home was a home away from home. Very relaxing and in a central location for walks and enjoying the local parks and town. Would absolutely rent here again. Yvonne the property manager was amazing. Thank you

Disappointed We are frequent users of VRBO's and other property rentals. Unfortunately this property left a little to be desired. On the plus side the location is great and in a very nice neighborhood. The upstairs is spacious and plenty of room with nice furniture. However, that was the best of our experience. The kitchen had ants coming in through the outside wall and were crawling on the counter. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so we went to Publix and bought 4 ant traps. The kitchen window screen was broken and extrremely dirty. There were not many pots or pans stocked in the cupboards to cook with. The diswasher did not work and there were no dishtowels in the kitchen to do dishes manually. We were given only 3 trashbags for the kitchen trash can. Next, the digital thermostat was locked and was very difficult to overide the settings to adjust temperature. The internet in the back master bed room is slow making the tv on the wall buffer and unwatchable. The washer and dryer downstairs rumble and jumped when we used it. And even though the property has a nice two car garage, we did not have access to it. The driveway cement is very cracked and uneven and shifted when driving over top of it and presented a safety hazard when getting out of the car, which was a concern for one of our group members. Finally, I reported the ant problem to the property manager who replied that it was "odd". Didn't seem concerned. Love Tallahassee but not this property.

Highly recommend! Great location! Super comfortable! Well furnished with everything you need plus more. Easy access. Next to restaurants and breweries. Close to college town and neighboring parks. A+
