About this Condo
Welcome to Island Paradise! This corner 1 BR 1 BA unit is perfect for your next getaway. With water views from each end of the unit, you won't miss the beautiful sunrise and sunsets each day. This private unit is centrally located on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. Local restaurants and bars as close as a 5-minute walk. Perfect location for food, drinks, and live music with even more options along the coast. Minutes away from grocery and pharmacy stores. All that you need for a relaxing trip!
The space
Living Room: Living room provides ample seating with a recliner chair and couch. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Books, board games and a blu-ray player provided.
Dining: Table for 4 with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen: All the necessities - Fridge with ice maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee bar. Utensils and cookware provided. Blender and teapot available.
Bathroom: Shower with tub. Hairdryer provided.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed overlooking the intercoastal waters. Plenty of closet space and dresser storage.
Children/Infants: Pack and Play with cushion provided. Children suction bowls and plates, spoons, and no-spill sippie cups provided. Toddler booster seat with attached table provided. Protective outlet covers placed in all unused outlets.
Balcony: Shared balcony with 180-degree ocean views. Outdoor chairs provided. Since this is a corner unit, there is much more room to relax and soak up the views.
Laundry: Shared laundry on each floor. Washer and dryer requires quarters. Drying rack provided in unit for clothes or towels to air dry.
Pool: The pool is located right on the beach and is heated in the winter months. Outdoor shower located next to the pool.
Beach: Steps away from the sand! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Tables and charcoal grill located on the beach.
Accessibility and Safety: This is a 3rd floor unit and there are stairs located next to the unit as well as elevators in the middle of the building. For security purposes, the elevator will stop working and will require a key (provided) for use. The stairwell remains locked at all times and requires a key (provided) for access. Fire detectors are maintained in the unit. First-aid kit provided.
Transporation and Parking: 1 parking spot provided on property. Uber/Lyft accessible. Easily walk to local bars and restaurants for food, drinks and live music. Free local beach ride available.

Great place
We loved our stay! This condo is in front of the water and you can see the gorgeous sunset right out your door. It was clean and beautifully appointed! Well located as well with easy access to main roads and all the area amenities.

Treasure Island
We were scheduled to stay a week after Hurricane Idalia went through the area. The host reached out to let us know that their unit wasn't affected, but the property had some cleanup being done. We decided to still stay at the property and could not have been happier. Property is right on the beautiful beach, unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. I like the fact that there were beach chairs and towels to use, air travel makes it difficult to have our own. The hosts met us there on check in day, very communicative and checked in periodically. Decorated in beach them with a little basket in case you forgot something. When we return we will definitely stay here again !!!

Perfect little Florida getaway!
We had an awesome stay at this condo! We loved that it came so well equipped with necessities, along with items for our toddler to reduce packing needs (plates, cups, booster, pack n play). It was also so nice that they had chairs and beach towels to use as well! One small housekeeping hiccup was handled very quickly with great communication. Would definitely stay again if heading back to Treasure Island!

Great location
We were very happy with the condo. Very clean, had everything you would need, and great to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Great location, about a 10 minute drive to John’s Pass. Our only complaint with the area was everywhere you went was pay to park, and sometimes very expensive, we weren’t prepared for that. And the only complaint for the condo, is cabinets and drawers not being baby proof, and our 14 month old was fixated on opening them all 😂! Would rent again for sure if we go back to the area! Communication with owner was great! Thankyou!!

Best beach location ever!
I cant say enough about the location, the condo and our host. The beach is so close, the convenience alone of not having to walk far to set up camp was an absolute luxury plus showers and pool right there. The condo is fully equipped, there were so many bath, cleaning, and beach supplies provided by the host that we didnt need anything extra except out clothes. Bed and furniture are super comfortable. The keyless entry is so convenient. Jason, the host, was without a doubt the friendliest, most helpful and considerate host Ive ever experienced.
